Treatment For ME!
I shall not deceive you with a statement that says that if you follow a certain regime your acne will disappear in say 2 weeks. There exists no such thing to date. I tell you this because I was desperate and had suffered through years of acne without much success. As such I fell to the temptation of new drugs in the market that promised to clear my condition in less than a month. I ended up using thousands of dollars and wasting hundreds of man-hours with NOTHING to show for it, except a face that was getting worse by the day!
So what Do I Do?
I will also not lie to you and tell you that treating acne is an easy venture. It is not, especially if you do not the two most important resources in the world: money and time. Therefore, you need to do a little research. Find out about the progress of your skin. How has it reacted to certain treatments? When is your acne accelerated? When do you go through your skin cycle (the time when your acne looks like it about to clear out then comes back in full force)? Is your skin oily or dry? What are you allergic to? This will need careful documentation. But it need not be an extended process. Especially after you read this. Take a clean sheet of paper. Write the answers to the above questions.
Congratulations

With this information, which by the way very few individuals have when they are starting to treat their acne, you can find the best approach to treating your acne. If need be, you can carry this piece of paper to your G.P. or better still to a dermatologist. He/She will be able to find the most effective treatment for you! When I did this, I was able to clear my acne in about 2 months. Since then, I have only had four pimples! Try it out, you have nothing to loose.
When you do find the treatment that best suits your skin type and conditions, that particular treatment will be working for you, because it is meant for YOU!
The one thing that all acne prone patients have in common except the acne is an imbalance of Vitamins!
Vitamins play a vital role in the status of your skin. They help in the regulation of the hormones that affect our glands. They also are directly responsible for the regeneration of new skin. They also are the active shields to the constant attack of UV rays from the sun. Lastly, vitamins are directly responsible for our immune system.
